Our PRICE includes delivery (international and within Malaysia). You don't pay any extra for handling & shipping.
Payments (cash/cheque/transfers) should be made in full & cleared prior to us shipping for non-creditcard payment
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or make refunds once the product(s) have been opened. We are pretty confident that you will like the products, though !
We will resend (returned to sender situations) or replace lost/damaged shipped orders after verifications & consultation with the BUYER. We will keep you posted !
