TIMEdotCom (ref. www.TIME.com.my) was listed on the Main Board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) in 2001. Established the technology strategy plans and completely revamped the original business forecast financial models done by external consultants. The much more sophisticated and realistic revenue forecasts, which showed original projections to be overly optimistic by 70%, provided crucial input to the Board of Directors. It was used as the basis for company wide business planning process across divisions. My forecasts were proved effectively accurate by actual sales figure in later years.
