Gold rush at Sovereign Hill, Ballarat !

This panorama was taken at Sovereign Hill in Ballarat, Victoria. Sovereign Hill is a very, very popular international tourist destination. It brings to life the "cowboy" town conditions of Ballarat`s early goldfields, terrain and life in the 1800s. Period costumes of those times are worn by the town "occupants" to fully replicate the experience and behaviors of those heady gold mining boom days.
