The very, very lethal Funnel-web spider is found throughout the eastern coastal region of Australia. For example, it is found very much so in Sydney. This spider preys on frogs, insects and lizards. With its venom, it makes the tarantula look like a sissy in terms of �killing power� with respect to a human being. The Funnel-web unlike most other spiders, is aggressive and rears up for the attack. By the way, it�s also a Sydneysider (i.e. from Sydney), so don�t think you are safe in that spectacular and beautiful city !
