Us Australians are very religious folks�we religiously go to watch the �Footy� game. (especially if you are from Melbourne!). The British have their football (soccer), the Americans have their football (grid iron), and us Australians have our football (Aussie Rules). Australian men watch footy for the skill and excitement (and beer), while Australian woman also love all those AND the Aussie player/hunks running around the field in tight shorts in winter! So it becomes a really family thing�and mum nor grandma would get bored.
