Which is worst? Having no food or not having any beer? For the Aussies, probably it is not having beer, as after a few beers they’d forget that they have no food. If they had food, they’d soon realize they have no beer.

Australians are big guzzlers of beer, mate. No different between Aussie males or the most classy sheilas (Aussie ladies). Blame it on the dry, harsh deserts that occupy most of Australia and create insatiable thirst for Victoria Bitter (“VB”) and “Fosters” beers. We either dive into the pub for beer, or we can walk around the place or streets with beer cans or stubbies (bottled beer) in hand. Unlike the Americans, us Australians can drink beer in public and parks in good faith (eat ya heart out). We believe that even Aussie kangaroos were originally intended with pouches to store cold beer in the harsh Outback, but stopped as the beer got too fizzy with all that jumping about…so they now carry little Joey instead. Food for thought...
